I am preparing to fight the Dragon Boss (The Island) and thought I’d ask for some advice, as I have never fought it before. I have already fought the Broodmother and Megapithecus, I won very easily when doing Gamma difficulty so I skipped Beta and went to Alpha, I still won fairly easily, and I only lost 2 Rexes in the process.

Just use the same method as deinos. Sit on a rex or yuty in the back and the dragon ignores the megalos. It's the same exact strategy as deinos. Good shotgun and a alot of t rexes and a yuty for the buff. I was able to beat the alpha dragon with 2 therizinosaurus, 2 Magmasaur, and 1 reaper King.
